Appointments for Cigna
We are in-network with commercial Cigna plans (plans through an employer or health care exchange). We are not in-network with Medicaid plans through Cigna.
It is your responsibility to determine what your particular plan covers. If your plan does not cover your visit the out-of-pocket cost is $180.00.
Are you age 65 or over and also have Medicare, or is your plan a Medicare Supplemental Plan? You’ll need to book your appointment as a Medicare appointment here.

Get started with True Lifestyle Change (TLC)
60 minute initial session billed to your insurance company
30 minute follow up session ( usually 2-4 weeks after initial session) billed to insurance, additional follow-up sessions ongoing as needed. Follow-up sessions will have an out -of-pocket program fee of $19 paid by you at the completion of every follow-up session.
The TLC Program provides check-in emails between visits with targeted recipes to keep you on track, guidance and support with building new habits, and the ability to email your dietitian directly with questions as needed. Learn more about our program below!
