Appointments for self-pay and out-of-network plans

If we are not in-network with your commercial insurance plan (plan through an employer or the health care exchange) you may still have some coverage if your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

If your plan does not offer out-of-network benefits you will pay out of pocket ($180.00 for your initial session). We also offer discounted packages.

Clients with Medicaid plans will pay out-of-pocket at a discounted rate and should use our Contact Form to request the current discounted rates.

  • Virtual self-pay starter:

    For those paying out of pocket, we offer a discounted self-pay starter package. It includes a 60 minute initial session and two 30 minute follow-up sessions. Payment is required at your first visit and sessions will remain as a credit until you use them. Book your initial appointment now. Follow-ups will be scheduled as each visit is completed. $250.00

  • Virtual self-pay bariatric - 3 visits/6 visits: You will receive a 60 minute initial session and the required follow-up sessions (2 or 5). Payment is required at your first visit and sessions will remain as a credit until you use them. Book your initial appointment now. Follow-ups will be scheduled as each visit is completed. $250.00 (3 visits) / $390.00 (6 visits)

  • Virtual self-pay follow-ups - Once you've had your initial session, you can purchase this package that includes three 30 minute follow-up sessions. Payment is required at your next follow-up and sessions will remain as a credit until you use them. Book your first follow-up appointment now, follow-ups will be scheduled as each visit is completed. $160.00
