Collaborative meal planning

“Just tell me what to eat and I’ll eat it!”

If only it were that easy!  While we do create a simple, foundational meal plans with clients at their first appointment,  our most successful clients choose to collaborate on menus and meal plans and stay connected to their dietitian between sessions with our Meal Plan Program membership.   This program allows for check-ins outside of our time in session to really fine tune your personal meal plans and menus to be flexible, adaptable, and realistic.

Are you ready to be all-in?

Being all-in means you are ready to change and are committed to seeing those changes transform into new habits. You’ve tried addressing your nutrition concerns on your own and you recognize that hasn’t worked for you. You see the value of external support and expert guidance through the ups and downs that come along with any long-term lifestyle change.

Your nutrition prescription

Our Meal Plan Program uses software that allows your dietitian to create a personal nutrition prescription that evolves into a complete meal plan, filled with recipes that suit your preferences and consider your goals. Your weekly meal plan comes to you ready-to-go and you are empowered to swap meals out if you choose.  It’s easy to make changes, knowing the recipes that you can choose from work really well with your personal nutrition prescription.  Along the way you can collaborate with your dietitian using in-app messaging and by requesting monthly food log reviews (if you choose to use the food logging feature).

 How customized is customized?

Your dietitian considers the following factors for your personal meal plan:

-        Food allergies

-        Food preferences and avoidances

-        Number of adults and children eating with you

-        Type of kitchen equipment/gadgets you use to cook

-        Health conditions like diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, etc.

-        Targets for specific nutrients of concern like sodium or carbohydrates

-        Cooking skill level

-        Amount of time you want to spend on cooking

-        How often you’ll eat leftovers
